2022年1月26日 — Easiest method: Open a Photoshop document. Choose the Type tool and enter the text. Go to the Layers palette and select the text layer.

Go to Layer Style > Stroke. Select position as Outside. Set the Size slider to any line weight that you want and your Opacity to 100. Click OK.
